Provaris Energy Ltd (ASX:PV1) CEO Martin Carolan tells Proactive the company has inked a deal with Norwegian Hydrogen AS to develop the 270-megawatt FjordH2 hydrogen project in Norway. The camp is expected to become one of the largest green hydrogen production hubs in the Nordic region and is forecast to generate 40,000 tonnes of green hydrogen by 2030. Carolan says the FjordH2 project will play a key role in the European Union’s REPowerEU Plan, which aims to shore up clean energy sources in the wake of Russia’s invasion of Ukraine.
