Caledonia Mining Corporation PLC (AIM:CMCL, NYSE-A:CMCL) said fund manager BlackRock is now a notified significant shareholder.
The miner was told on June 23 2023 that BlackRock had crossed the threshold for notification, with an interest in excess of 3% of Caledonia's issued share capital.
