Brightstar Resources Ltd (ASX:BTR) managing director Alex Rovira joins Proactive’s Elisha Newell after the company established a 1-million-ounce gold inventory over its Laverton and Menzies gold projects in WA. More than 11,000 metres of infill and extensional drilling fed into a resource update for the Cork Tree Well property, increasing contained gold by 20% to just over 300,000 ounces. There’s no sign of slowing down; Rovira says a production restart at Menzies, further drilling and an imminent scoping study will generate plenty of news in coming months.
