Financial spread bet firms are calling London down around 18 points when trading begins, in what otherwise is a quiet day for company announcements.
GSK might be one to watch. The pharma giant said it had settled with a litigant over a Zantac writ “to avoid distraction” but how the market reacts to the prospect of potentially more cases remains to be seen.
