BioHarvest Sciences CEO Ilan Sobel joined Steve Darling from Proactive to share news the company has hit a major millstone with its Flagship product Vinia hitting the two year mark in the U.S. Sobel said the company is marking the occasion by announcing new products in different verticals. The company is launching Functional Coffee and Decaffeinated Coffee Pods, a protein bar category, and an Electrolytes Beverage. The company feels they can enter these markets without substantial additional R&D investment and will for key metrics over the next 18 months. The Vinia coffee products are set to launch before Christmas, followed by the Vinia pro line for pro athletes in the first quarter.
