Cloud DX (TSX-V:CDX, OTCQB:CDXFF) Inc announced that it has won a competitive request for proposal (RFP) to supply remote monitoring technology and services to two health organizations.
The health data platform technology firm said the initial contract runs from July 1, 2023, to June 30, 2026, with an option for two further extensions of two years each to June 30, 2030, with a total estimated value for the full term of the agreement, including option periods, of C$3,040,000.
“We are very excited to win this competitive contract award and continue to deliver life-changing remote patient monitoring, virtual care and telemedicine products and services to Canadian patients and providers,” Cloud DX (TSX-V:CDX, OTCQB:CDXFF) CEO Robert Kaul said in a statement.
The company noted it is the 17th contract or extension announced by Cloud DX in 2023, compared with 28 contracts announced in all of the fiscal year 2022, showing that the demand for remote patient monitoring (RPM) continues to increase across the Canadian healthcare landscape.
It added that Mohawk Medbuy Corporation led the procurement process and will serve as the master contractor for the two health organizations, who can order RPM products and services from Cloud DX with assured pricing and terms.
Mohawk Medbuy provides procurement and other supply chain services to hundreds of hospitals and Health Authorities across Canada, according to the company.
Cloud DX’s stated mission is to make healthcare better for everyone. The company’s Connected Health data platform is used by clinics and hospitals across North America to incorporate remote and virtual technology in care delivery.
