Arrive prepares to go public with its smart mailbox solutions

Indianapolis-based smart mailbox company Arrive announced that it has secured a ticker symbol in preparation for its upcoming public offering and listing on the Nasdaq.

The company has raised nearly $8 million as it readies itself to enter the market.

According to Arrive's CEO, Dan O'Toole, the decision to go public is the next logical step as the company plans to introduce its smart mailboxes to consumers and businesses involved in autonomous delivery networks.

"It's been tremendously busy these past several months," O’Toole said. "We have been meeting with major players, adding new partners and associates around the country. We've hit every mark we've set out for ourselves. Taking delivery of new units and going public are the next big milestones."

Arrive's latest crowdfunding effort through StartEngine will conclude in early July, with the public offering filing targeted for early 2024. It is expected that the company will be listed as ARRV.

Over the past few months, Arrive has been actively engaged in expanding its operations. It has formed partnerships with notable players in the industry, including Hush Aerospace, HEI Integrated Systems, Joule Case, and AtoZ Drone Delivery. Additionally, Arrive has undergone a rebranding from Dronedek and has demonstrated its smart mailbox technology in Indiana, Oklahoma, and Michigan.

Arrive, founded by serial entrepreneur Dan O'Toole, is revolutionizing last-mile delivery and pickup through its smart Mailbox-as-a-Service platform. The company's solutions enable the secure and efficient movement of goods between people, robots, and drones in autonomous delivery networks.

The firm has raised over $8.5 million from 4,700 investors and strategic partnerships.
