Cloudbreak Discovery PLC (LSE:CDL, OTC:CDBDF) said Kyler Hardy had resigned as a director and chief executive of Cloudbreak and all its subsidiaries with immediate effect.
The non-executive board members have appointed Andrew Male, executive director, as interim CEO.
