Great Republic Mining (CSE:GRM) Corp announced that it has signed with ALS GoldSpot Discoveries Ltd to provide a comprehensive helicopter-assisted geochemical sampling and data interpretation program at the Porcher Island vanadium-titanium-gold project in British Columbia.

The exploration company said the Porcher Island project encompasses extensive deposits of ultramafic complexes that have been intruded by gabbroic formations containing iron-titanium-vanadium minerals in the form of concentrated titaniferous magnetite.

In the battle for market share over industry leader Tesla Inc (NASDAQ:TSLA), automakers are pulling out all the stops to get their electric vehicles (EVs) on the streets. However, they are struggling to do it profitably, particularly for entry-level vehicles.

The obstacle to profitability at the lower end of the market is that battery costs are still too high to build profitable, mass-market EVs, according to General Motors Company (NYSE:GM) CEO Mary Barra.

First Phosphate Corp. (CSE:PHOS) announced it has completed the commissioning of its pilot plant for phosphate concentrate which uses fully solventless, environmentally friendly extraction methods.

The phosphate concentrate will be used in the formulation of battery-grade purified phosphoric acid in the manufacturing of lithium iron phosphate (LFP) cathode active material for the North American LFP battery industry, First Phosphate said in a statement.

Arrow Exploration Corp (TSX-V:AXL, AIM:AXL, OTC:CSTPF) has announced significant progress in operational activity at the Carrizales Norte (CN) field in Colombia, which is located in the Tapir Block within the Llanos Basin. Arrow holds a 50% beneficial interest in the project.

The company said the CN-1 well, which was drilled into the CN field, has yielded positive results, confirming the field's productive potential. The well reached its target depth on May 11, 2023, after being spud on May 1, 2023. Multiple hydrocarbon-bearing intervals were encountered during drilling, with approximately 26 feet of net oil pay in the C7 formation.

Gold Resource Corporation has announced that Joe Driscoll, an independent director of the company, has resigned from its board, effective immediately, in order to devote more time to other personal and professional interests. The company said its Nominating and Governance Committee will commence a search for a suitable candidate to to fill the board vacancy created by Driscoll's resignation. "We would like to thank M. Transition Metals Corp said it has closed its previously announced non-brokered, listed issuer financing exemption private placement. A total of 9,770,750 units were issued, for proceeds of $1,000,014 which included 1,897,000 units at a price of $0.08 per unit for gross proceeds of $151,760; 4,250,000 flow through (FT) units at a price of $0.10 per FT unit for aggregate proceeds of $425,000 and; 3,623,750 Special FT units in the capital of the company at a price of $0.1168 per Special FT unit for aggregate proceeds of $423,254. The units, FT units and Special FT units consist of a common share and a half common share purchase warrant. Each full warrant will entitle the holder to purchase one additional common share for a period of 24 months from closing at a price of $0.15. Proceeds from the units will be used for exploration and working capital purposes and the proceeds of the FT units and Special FT units will be used for exploration expenditures that qualify as Canadian Critical Metals Exploration Expenses.

ACME Lithium Inc has filed a technical report on its Fish Lake Valley Lithium Claystone Property in Nevada. The report reveals significant lithium and boron occurrences, with lithium values surpassing 1200 ppm and boron anomalies up to 1964 ppm. The property is located adjacent to Ioneer Ltd.'s Rhyolite Ridge Lithium-Boron project area.

Blue Sky Uranium Corp said it has closed the first tranche of the non-brokered private placement announced on June 8, 2023 through the issuance of 14,155,635 units at a subscription price of $0.075 per unit for aggregate gross proceeds to the company of $1,061,672.63. Each unit consists of one common share and one transferrable common share purchase warrant. Each Warrant will entitle the holder to purchase one additional common share in the capital of the company at $0.12 per share for three from the date of issue, expiring on June 19, 2026. The proceeds of the financing will be used for exploration programs on the company's projects in Argentina and for general working capital.
