OnTheMarket PLC (AIM:OTMP), the property listing site, has introduced a sales and lettings data service, Your Property Services (YPS) which aims to boost estate agents' revenue and valuation instructions.
The service offers a dedicated team that enhances an estate agency's existing staff by improving its database for optimal valuations and lead generation.
YPS also adopts a local area number matching the branch for familiarity and consistency. Last year's pilot received favourable feedback, and it now serves Carter Jonas, Dawsons, and others as clients.
YPS’s launch moves OnTheMarket towards its goal of being a comprehensive technology firm, offering value-added services to agents across the property industry.
Crucially, it addresses an industry problem, helping clients generate additional revenue in an innovative and effective manner.
