Gamelancer Media Corp. (CSE:GMNG, OTCQB:GAMGF) announced that it has appointed JF Cote to the company’s board of directors.
The digital media, entertainment, and production firm said Cote has joined its board to help scale Gamelancer's global business through M&A and digital channel growth.
“JF scaled his business into the US and created a global ad exchange with an unapparelled sales network,” Gamelancer Media CEO Jon Dwyer said in a statement.
“His guidance as we grow our business into the US, where 56% of our audience reside, will be invaluable as we draw on his playbook for success,” he added.
Gamelancer noted that Cote was responsible for orchestrating the merger between District M and Sharethrough, creating one of the largest ad exchanges in the world.
The company added that Cote's expertise spans multiple industries, including Pratt & Whitney (Aerospace), PricewaterhouseCoopers (Investment Banking), and Yellow Pages (Media), and he serves on multiple boards supporting children's education and sports activities.
Gamelancer also announced the resignation of Paul Coffey from its board of directors.
Gamelancer Media is a media and entertainment company producing short-form video content for brands, broadcast on its owned and operated TikTok, Snapchat, and Instagram channels.
