Terran Orbital (NYSE:LLAP) announced that it has appointed aerospace and defense industry veteran Tony Gingiss as its new chief operating officer.
Gingiss brings more than 30 years of aerospace and defense experience in design, production, operations, and leadership to the company, according to Terran.
This includes spending more than two decades with Boeing Satellites Systems in roles across space, ground, engineering, operations and leadership, in addition to severing as CEO of Airbus OneWeb Satellites and most recently as chief operating officer at Virgin Orbit.
He holds a Bachelor of Science in Aeronautical and Astronautical Engineering from Purdue University and a Master of Science in Aeronautics and Astronautics from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT).

“Tony will bring an innovative and experienced edge to Terran Orbital (NYSE:LLAP) as we expand our facilities and build out our contracts. We look forward to working with Tony and growing with his guidance.”
