H&T Group PLC (AIM:HAT) chairman Simon Walker has bought his first stake in the pawnbroker and second-hand watch vendor, acquiring 15,000 shares at 444.35p each for a total cost of £66,653.
Following this transaction. Walker's beneficial holding is now 15,000 shares, representing 0.03% of the company's issued share capital.
Walker took over as chair of the group on 1 April 2023.
