Caracal Gold PLC (LSE:GCAT) said that after a corporate governance review undertaken by Simon Grant-Rennick, now executive chairman, a number of changes are being made to the board.
Riaan Lombard has stepped down with immediate effect with discussions ongoing about a future role in the company's operations.
Gerard Kisbey-Green has also left the board with immediate effect while Ambassador Hon Dan Kazungu will not extend his 12-month term as a director but continue as a consultant to Caracal.
