Genflow Biosciences PLC (LSE:GENF), the anti-ageing company, has announced a new milestone: its shares begin trading today, Tuesday 13 June, on the OTCQB Venture Market in the United States, under the ticker symbol GENFF.
This comes in addition to its current listing on the London Stock Exchange's Main Market. Importantly, this development will not entail any additional capital raise.
The US listing broadens Genflow's reach to include a wider pool of investors, as it allows US investors to trade its shares during US trading hours and in US dollars.
Genflow's CEO, Eric Leire, said: "This move not only expands our reach to a larger investor base and has the potential to enhance liquidity for our shares, but also reinforces our unwavering commitment to our primary listing on the prestigious London Stock Exchange."
The company is developing gene therapies aimed at treating Non-Alcoholic Steatohepatitis (NASH) and Werner Syndrome.
