Atossa Therapeutics Inc (NASDAQ:ATOS), which is developing medicines aimed at oncology and breast cancer, revealed that the pharmacokinetic (PK) run-in cohort of the Phase 2 EVANGELINE study, evaluating Endoxifen versus exemestANe GosEreLIn, has now fully enrolled.

The Seattle-based clinical-stage biopharma’s EVANGELINE study is one of two ongoing Phase 2 trials investigating Atossa’s proprietary (Z)-endoxifen as a neoadjuvant treatment, for women with estrogen receptor positive breast cancer.

ACME Lithium Inc has announced that the expiry dates of the share purchase warrants issued by the company on June 21, 2021 and July 2, 2021 have been extended for two years to June 21, 2025 and July 2, 2025 respectively. The warrants were originally issued as part of a unit private placement. Each $0.40 unit consisted of one common share and one-half of one share purchase warrant, with each whole warrant exercisable for a period of two years (expiring June 21, 2023 and July 2, 2023 respectively) at $0.60 per share. Of the original 4,512,084 warrants issued, there remain 3,686,459 warrants outstanding. There is no change to the exercise price.

Kainantu Resources Ltd said it has extended the close of its previously announced private placement of senior convertible debentures to June 16, 2023. The debentures will have a conversion price of C$0.08 per common share provided that the company does not complete a consolidation of its outstanding common shares which would result in a conversion price of at least $0.10 on a post-consolidation basis. Closing of the private placement and the consolidation remain subject to approval from the TSX Venture Exchange.

Fathom Nickel Inc said it has closed the second and final tranche of its upsized non-brokered offering of flow-through units and non flow-though units, previously announced on May 8, 2023. Under the offering the company issued 7,894,737 charity flow-through (FT) common units at a price each for gross proceeds of $1.5 million. Together with the previously closed first franche, the total gross proceeds of the upsized offering is $2,956,400. Each Charity FT unit consists of one Charity flow-through common share and one transferable common share purchase warrant exercisable into a Charity FT share for 24 months from issuance at an exercise price of C$0.20.

Royal Helium Ltd said it has closed its previously announced ‘bought deal’ private placement financing of $7 million, which has been upsized to $7.3 million due to excess demand. Under the placement, Royal Helium issued 7,300 non-transferable unsecured convertible debenture units at $1,000 per unit, with each unit consisting of one 12% unsecured convertible debenture in the principal amount of $1,000 and 2,703 common share purchase warrants. President and CEO Andrew Davidson said the net proceeds of this raise are being used for ancillary midstream equipment and services related to the commissioning of the Steveville helium processing facility that are outside the scope of the project financing already in place for the facility. Proceeds will also allow the company to reinitiate exploration activities over other projects in Saskatchewan and Alberta, he added.
