Faron Pharmaceuticals announced the release of new biomarker data from its ongoing Phase I/II BEXMAB study.
Data will feature in a poster presentation at the European Haematology Association (EHA) 2023 Hybrid Congress on June 9, 2023, the clinical-stage biopharmaceutical company said in a statement.
The study is centred on bexmarilimab used in combination with standard of care in the aggressive haematological malignancies of acute myeloid leukaemia and myelodysplastic syndrome.
"The BEXMAB study continues to generate data that are an excellent indication of the therapeutic potential of bexmarilimab to change the treatment paradigm for patients with haematological malignancies," said Marie-Louise Fjällskog, chief medical officer of Faron Pharmaceuticals.
"We are encouraged by the results and look forward to progressing the BEXMAB program,” she added.
