Eco Buildings Group PLC (AIM:ECOB), formerly called Fox Marble, has started trading under its new name after a switch to focus on prefabricated modular housing products.
The move follows a reverse takeover of London-based Eco Buildings and a fresh fundraising.
Raising £2.7mln at 55p, the group now has a market cap of £38.5mln under its new Eco Buildings name, though the shares tumbled to 41p on their return to AIM trading.
The new funds will be used to expand production capacity and to meet obligations under two existing sales contracts.
From its Albanian plant, Eco Buildings creates its precast walls using glass fibre reinforced gypsum (GFRG), with these standard construction elements allowing "faster and more cost-effective building of residential, commercial, and industrial dwellings".
