AmeraMex International (OTCQB:AMMX) Inc revealed that it has received a $2.1 million equipment rental agreement from a west-coast customer.
The Chico, California-based company which leases and sells new and refurbished heavy equipment, said the five-year, $35,000 per month agreement is for a Taylor 36,000-pound capacity forklift, a Taylor 65,000-pound capacity forklift, and several yard hustlers.
In addition to the new rental agreement, AmeraMex said that it has expanded its service contract with a US Army base. The five-year contract, which includes maintenance and parts, will initially include between 15-to-20 heavy container handlers.
According to AmeraMex co-founder and CEO, Lee Hamre, the company is working on the expansion of the service contract with the US Army to include additional heavy equipment.
CEO Hamre has primed AmeraMex for leasing and selling both new and refurbished heavy equipment to logistics companies, construction firms, US military installations, and forestry conservation organizations. With over three decades of experience in heavy equipment sales and service, AmeraMex has a strong US and international customer base.
AmeraMex also has a refurbishing facility in Northern California, which renovates millions of dollars worth of used equipment.
