Amicorp FS (UK) PLC, the fund services group, plans to float on the London Stock Exchange's Main Market.
The company aims to raise about US$6.47mln by selling new shares, while there will also be a US$9.7mln sale of stock by existing investors.
The final offer price will be established after a book-building process, with the IPO currently set for Thursday, 8 June.
The firm, which is part of the Amicorp Group, primarily serves 'start-up' asset managers with initial assets under management ranging between US$10mln and US$20mln.
The group plans to utilise the proceeds from the London listing to improve its IT automation, expand its geographical footprint and bolster its service offerings.
"The IPO will also enable us to take full advantage of continued growth in the outsourcing of fund administration services due to diversification within the asset management industry and increasing regulatory and compliance requirements," said chief executive Kin Lai.
