Supply@ME Capital PLC (LSE:SYME) notified the stock market that it has issues shares in the exercise of share warrants.
It sees some 19mln new shares being issued and the company receives £12,569 of additional capital as proceeds.
The warrants were issued in 2022 to investors that participated in an open offer equity fundraise. Some 248.5mln further open offer warrants remain in circulation.
