Learning Technologies Group PLC (AIM:LTG, OTC:LTTHF) notified the stock market that its chief strategy officer Piers Lea has gifted some 200,000 shares in the company to a UK-registered charity (which was not named in the declaration).
Lea subsequently retains some 8.54 million Learning Technology shares representing just over 1% of the company.
