TomCo Energy PLC (AIM:TOM, OTC:TMCGF) reported a partial conversion of debt into equity, with some £25,000 of a £250,000 convertible loan note being exercised by a holder.
The company consequently issued new shares representing £25,000 of principal and £1,250 of interest – 20.39 million shares at a price of 0.1287p each.
