Ashington Innovation PLC announced the results of its initial public offering and standard listing on the Main Market of the London Stock Exchange this morning, and director Chris Disspain caught up with Thomas Warner from Proactive about what's next for the fintech and deeptech-focused special purpose acquisition company (SPAC).
Ashington describes the UK as "most attractive destination in Europe" for fintech companies, adding that London is a "renowned hub for technology innovation."
Trading in the Company's Ordinary Shares is expected to commence at 8.00 a.m. on 6 June 2023 under ticker symbol "ASHI", subject to the approval of its application for Admission.
