Chimeric Therapeutics Ltd (ASX:CHM) has extended the share purchase plan (SPP) deadline for the offer announced on 15 May 2023.
The company has received feedback that some shareholders only recently received the hard copy SPP offer documents mailed on May 23, so it has decided to extend the closing date to June 16 to allow shareholders more time to consider and respond to the offer.
