Gamelancer Media Corp announced that it has received conditional approval to list its common shares on the Toronto Stock Exchange (TSX) under the company’s current ticker symbol.
The digital media, entertainment, and production firm said the up-listing from the Canadian Securities Exchange (CSE) is an important milestone for Gamelancer Media and will provide the business with greater access to family office and institutional support in the open market.
“With a client list growing in Canada, the US, Australia, and the UK, Gamelancer trading on a senior exchange allows the company a better vantage point to win market share in the digital ad sector,” Gamelancer Media CEO Jon Dwyer said in a statement.
Gamelancer noted the final approval of the listing is subject to the company fulfilling certain customary conditions mandated by the TSX.
It added that once these conditions are met, the company will promptly issue a press release, providing details about the anticipated date for the start of TSX trading along with the delisting date from the CSE.
Gamelancer Media is a media and entertainment company producing short-form video content for brands, broadcast on its owned and operated TikTok, Snapchat, and Instagram channels.
