Ecora Resources PLC (LSE:ECOR, TSX:ECOR, OTCQX:ECRAF) has named Varda Shine as its senior independent director with effect from 1 June 2023.
She has been a non-executive director at the company since August 2021 and is chair of the remuneration committee.
Shine takes over from James Rutherford who will remain on the board as non-executive director and chair of the sustainability committee.
