Scirocco Energy PLC (AIM:SCIR) announced that Niall Roberts is replacing Muir Miller as director of the firm’s 50%-owned Energy Acquisitions Group, operator of the Greenan Generation Anaerobic Digestor plant in Northern Ireland.
It follows an announcement in March that Miller would step down from his role as director of Scirocco.
Miller contributed to Scirocco during a challenging period as its transitioned from a natural resources investor to an investor in sustainable energy assets, the company noted.
