Ceres Power Holdings PLC (AIM:CWR, OTC:CPWHF) shares are set to join the Main Market of the London Stock Exchange before the end of June, some 19 years after it joined the junior AIM-market in 2004.
“Ceres has grown to become one of the UK's most important clean energy technology companies,” said chief executive Phil Caldwell.
He highlighted this represents the UK's highest standards of regulation and corporate governance and marks its growth via international partnerships, a widening investor base and the ambition for the Ceres technology.
