Candelaria Mining Corp. (TSX-V:CAND, OTC:CDELF) has announced key management changes including the appointment of an interim CEO to replace Mike Struthers who has resigned from the post and from the company’s board.
Effective today, Hector Gonzalez, the current VP Exploration, becomes the new interim CEO. Gonzalez has also joined the board.
There were also other resignations. Ramon Perez, the current president and board member, Armando Alexandri, the current chief operating officer, and Matt Roma, a board member, have all resigned from their positions.
Candelaria said all four resigned as they feel they no longer have the bandwidth to fully commit to performing their roles.
The company thanked them for their past services.
