Marvel Gold Ltd (ASX:MVL) MD Chris van Wijk speaks with Proactive soon after announcing the company has entered into an earn-in and joint venture agreement with Resolute Mining Ltd (ASX:RSG, LSE:RSG). Under the agreement, Resolute will make an up-front payment of US$250,000 (A$375,916) to Marvel and can earn a 51% interest by sole-funding exploration expenditure of US$750,000 at Kolondieba Gold Project in the next 24 months.
