discoverIE Group PLC (LSE:DSCV) announced the appointment of Celia Baxter as a non-executive director, with effect from 1 June.
The appointment adds significant experience of senior management, executive and board experience in several FTSE 250 and FTSE100 companies – including roles at Ford, KPMG, Tate & Lyle, Enterprise Oil and Hays.
