accesso Technology agrees new banking facility with HSBC

accesso Technology Group PLC (AIM: ACSO), which has developed technology used by theme park operators and in the entertainment and cultural markets, has announced the successful agreement of a new banking relationship and facility with HSBC.

This US$40mln revolving credit facility has a four-year term, to May 2027, and is accompanied by a US$20mln accordion option which the group said it may utilise as it pursues its strategic plan into the mid-term. Numis acted as the debt advisor to the transaction.

The HSBC facility replaces the group's undrawn US$22mln (£18mln) arrangement with Investec.

Steve Brown, accesso's CEO, said: "We are making excellent progress in delivering our growth plan, and this agreement increases our resilience while enhancing our ability to execute value accretive acquisitions where we see the potential to advance our plan more quickly."
