Spectra Systems Corporation (AIM:SPSY, OTC:SCTQ) has named Edward Spies as its chief financial officer, subject to the completion of due diligence by its nominated adviser.
Spies has over 25 years of accounting and finance experience, the brand protection and gaming security software firm said in a statement.
He also brings “decades” of experience in the technology industry, having begun his career at PricewaterhouseCoopers.
Most recently, he served as CFO at polymetal component manufacturer Mearthane Products.
Spies has “considerable expertise” in manufacturing, cost and profit margin analysis and financial management, Spectra said.
