East Side Games Group Inc has announced the voting results from its annual and special general meeting held on May 9, 2023. The total number of shares represented by shareholders present in person and by proxy at the meeting was 38,310,608 common shares representing 46.99 % of the company's issued and outstanding common shares. All of the matters put forward before shareholders for consideration and approval, as set out in the company's management proxy information circular dated March 31, 2023, were approved by the requisite majority of votes cast at the meeting.

Africa Oil Corp has reported the voting results from its annual general meeting of shareholders held on Thursday, May 25, 2023, in Vancouver, British Columbia. A total of 176,009,443 common shares were voted at the meeting, representing 38.07% of the votes attached to all the outstanding common shares of the company. Shareholders voted in favour of all items of business.

Jolt Health Inc - formerly Love Pharma Inc - has said that under a 10% interest bearing convertible debenture issued on October 12, 2022, it issued a total of 13,765,763 common shares, at $0.015 per common share in satisfaction of the aggregate interest payment owed by the issuer of $195,000 to a debenture holder In addition, under promissory notes dated January 23, 2020 and extended to December 31, 2023, it issued a total of 6,116,913 common shares at $0.15 per common share in satisfaction of the aggregate per annum interest rate of 5% owing on the notes. The common shares are being issued to arms-length parties, and are subject to a four month hold period.

Blue Sky Uranium Corp said it has made an application to the TSX Venture Exchange (TSXV) to extend the term of 13,216,089 unexercised warrants (13,316,089 original granted) that are set to expire on July 21, July 30, and August 4, 2023 to be extended to July 21, July 30 and August 4, 2025 respectively. These warrants were originally issued under a private placement completed by the company in three tranches in July and August 2021. None of the warrants have been exercised within the past 6 months, however, 100,000 of the originally granted warrants were exercised in March 2022. The exercise price of the warrants will remain at $0.25. Each warrant, when exercised, will be exchangeable for one common share of the company. The amendment is subject to the approval of the TSXV.

Fabled Copper Corp said it has completed an initial closing of its non-brokered private placements issuing 3,255,000 conventional units at a price of $0.08 each for aggregate gross proceeds of $260,400, and350,000 flow-through units at a price of $0.10 each for aggregate gross proceeds of $35,000. The gross proceeds from the issuance of the conventional units will be used for general working capital purposes and expenses. The gross proceeds from the issuance of the flow-through units will be used for ‘Canadian Exploration Expenses’. The offerings will, subject to the approval of the CSE, remain open for an additional 45 days from the date of this press release, being July 10, 2023. Fabled Copper also announced the resignation of David W. Smalley as its chairman and a director of the company, effective May 19, 2023, due to constraints on his personal time and in order to concentrate on other opportunities.
