OnTheMarket PLC (AIM:OTMP) confirmed Tom Carter, who was named chief financial officer on 24 January 2023, will join the company and become a member of the board on 3 July.
Interim CFO Simon Bullock will remain with the group until 4 August to ensure a comprehensive handover, according to a statement.
Carter, who is joining from AIM-listed beauty firm Brand Architekts, is most of the way through a six-month notice period he is serving with his current employer before he can join the property portal business.
He has also held financial roles at tech company Technetix, as well as at Alliance Boots, BSkyB, and Procter and Gamble.
Speaking in January, Carter said: "OnTheMarket is widely recognised as a leader in the industry, and this is an exciting time to be joining the business. I look forward to working with [chief executive] Jason [Tebb] and the team to further differentiate the proposition and build a ‘one-stop-shop’ for agents and housebuilders across the entire property ecosystem."
