Marwyn Value Investors Ltd (LSE:MVI) (MVIL) has announced an investment of £8mln in Palmer Street Limited, a company aiming to revolutionize the private capital servicing sector.
The investment firm noted that Palmer's management team, comprising Martin Schnaier, James Ireland, James Bermingham, Jason Bingham and Phil Godley, brings a wealth of experience from their previous senior leadership roles at FTSE 250-firm Sanne Group PLC.
James Corsellis, chief investment officer of Marwyn Investment Management, will join Palmer's board as the lead investor.
