Nextech3D.AI (CSE:NTAR, OTCQX:NEXCF) CEO Evan Gappelberg joined Steve Darling from Proactive to share news the company has announced the propsed spinout of Toggle3D.ai is set for June 13th. The company will be listed on the Canadian Securities Exchange using the ticker “TGGL”
Gappelberg telling Proactive Toggle3D.ai is a SaaS solution that utilizes generative AI to convert CAD files, apply 4K texturing, and enable seamless publishing of superior 4K 3D models, serving various industries. After the IPO spin-out Nextech3D.ai is going to retain 13 million shares or about a 50% ownership stake in Toggle3D.ai.
