Pan Asia Metals Ltd (ASX:PAM) MD Paul Lock speaks with Proactive soon after announcing a cooperation agreement with VinES Energy Solutions to develop a standalone Lithium Conversion Facility in Vietnam. The two companies will initially consider an annual production capacity of 20-25,000 tonnes per year of lithium carbonate and/or lithium hydroxide.
