Franchise Brands PLC (AIM:FRAN) executive chairman Stephen Hemsley speaks to Proactive about the transformational acquisition of Pirtek Europe, an established provider of B2B on-site hydraulic hose replacement.
Hemsley said Pirtek is highly complementary to Franchise Brands' existing businesses as it builds a B2B services business across North America, the UK, and Europe.
Growth opportunities for Pirtek include expanding its reactive services and venturing into planned services, such as total hose management. Franchise Brands also sees the potential to leverage Pirtek's footprint to develop its underdeveloped Filta business in Europe.
