Hapbee Technologies Inc (TSX-V:HAPB, OTCQB:HAPBF) said it has reached an agreement with Gray Matters Alliance (GMA) to distribute its innovative digital wellness products and services to a wide network of seniors, healthcare practices, assisted living communities, and hospice and palliative care facilities.
The partnership aims to provide individuals with access to Hapbee's patented biostreaming technology, which optimizes sleep, performance, and moods without the side effects or dependencies associated with traditional stimulants.
Hapbee's biostreaming technology utilizes ultra-low, electromagnetic biostreams derived from compounds like CBD, nicotine, and melatonin. These streams are delivered digitally through Hapbee-powered devices such as the Hapbee Smart Sleep Pad and Neckband, accessible via a dedicated app.
In a statement, Yona Shtern, CEO of Hapbee, expressed excitement about the partnership with GMA, citing their expansive network and reputation as a value-added resource.
Shtern emphasized that becoming part of the solutions provided by GMA would allow Hapbee to reach seniors, caregivers, and service providers who can benefit from their life-enhancing technology. Notably, GMA's status as an approved Medicaid Waiver Provider in several US states ensures accessibility to Hapbee products and services for those with the greatest needs, regardless of income.
Vicki Spraul, president and founder of GMA, emphasized the significance of quality sleep in people's lives, particularly among the clients they serve. Lack of sleep can lead to various issues that exacerbate existing problems, including behavioral issues, inattentiveness, irritability, and learning and memory difficulties.
Spraul expressed great interest in Hapbee's Smart Sleep Pad, highlighting its potential to address core issues not only for patients but also for caregivers and facilities.
