Tharisa's underlying interim earnings to rise at least 10%

Tharisa PLC (LSE:THS, JSE:THA, OTC:TIHRF) said headline earnings per share (HEPS) for the six months ended 31 March 2023 are expected to be between US 17 cents and US 18c per share with a tolerance of 10%.

This is an increase of 9.6% to 16.1% relative to the same period a year ago, added the South Africa-focused platinum and chrome miner.

Basic earnings per share (EPS) are expected to be between US 17c and US 18c per share, a reduction of between 44.9% to 48% after last year’s one-off gain on the deal for Karo Mining.
