Eden Research PLC (AIM:EDEN, OTCQB:EDNSF) CEO Sean Smith joined Proactive's Stephen Gunnion with news that the company has gained regulatory approval for its Novellus biofungicide in New Zealand.
Smith said New Zealand's grape production and climatic conditions make it an important market for Eden, as Novellus effectively targets fungal diseases.
This follows news of recent approvals in California and Florida in the United States after it received regulatory authorisation from the US Environmental Protection Agency in September 2022. Smith said he anticipates future authorisations from ongoing review processes in California and Central Europe.
