Westwater Resources Executive Chairman Terence Cryan joins Natalie Stoberman from the Proactive newsrooms to share details behind the company's latest Q1 financial earnings, as well as the construction and update of its Kellyton graphite processing plant which is being expanded to double its capacity.
Cryan says the company decided to double the plant's capacity to meet rising customer demand from the Inflation Reduction Act, which offers significant incentives for manufacturers of electric vehicles to use domestic content. Westwater's newly announced joint development agreement with SK ON, a leading global battery manufacturer, also positions the company at the forefront of technology development.
