Caracal Gold PLC (LSE:GCAT) said it has revised settlement terms for its short-term US$1.5mln financing facility with Mill End.
Payment to Mill End will now be US$1.82mln, made up of US$250,000 by 17 May and US$150,000 by 7 June, with a further US$600,000 no later than five days after placing shares start trading after the prospectus currently being prepared is published.
A payment of US$823,258 in cash, or shares issued at 0.035p, will cover the rest.
Robbie McCrae, chief executive, said: "We are delighted that we have managed to settle this negotiation on amicable terms."
