Real Luck Group moves towards profitability with record player deposits in April

Real Luck Group Ltd (TSX-V:LUCK, OTCQB:LUKEF), along with its subsidiaries operating under the name Luckbox, reached record player deposits in April despite a decline in marketing spending.

The company’s player base grew from 387,000 at the end of March, also a record at the time, to 420,000 at the end of April. Average stake per player was 17% higher quarter-over-quarter and more than 80% higher than the first quarter of 2022.

The growth was led by data-driven traffic source optimization, CRM and product improvements, the company said, even with a 40% dip in marketing spend.

"April's results are a strong signal to the market that we know how to grow efficiently and optimize our spend. I am incredibly proud of the team that has been able to deliver the necessary player intelligence to achieve this,” Real Luck Group CEO Thomas Rosander said in a statement.

“We will continue to optimize as we grow our B2C vertical. The B2B vertical has also made great progress during April and I am looking forward to sharing more information about that in the near future.”

Real Luck Group Ltd (TSX-V:LUCK, OTCQB:LUKEF) is the parent company of Luckbox.com, a global esports-wagering website that offers legal, real-money betting, live streams and statistics on 14 esports on desktop and mobile devices.
