Western Metallica Resources finds promising mineralization in second drill hole at Nueva Celti project in Spain

Western Metallica Resources Corp reported results from the second hole drilled at its Nueva Celti copper project in Spain.

Thus far, the company has completed three drill holes for a total of roughly 1,150 metres of the planned two-phase, 3,000-metre drill program. The goal is to identify mineralized zones at depth below mine levels, as well as the northern and southern extensions.

Both reported holes intersected copper sulfide mineralization over multiple intervals. As drilling continues, Western Metallica expects new copper discoveries that will validate the historic data, which positions Nueva Celti as a highly prolific copper project.

Specifically, the results confirmed the presence of the mineralized zones reported by the Asturian de Zinc Glencore drilling program, and predict a high-grade copper mineralized trend.

More details on the drilling program would be found here.
