Live Company Group PLC (AIM:LVCG) said it has agreed to sell two of its underperforming tours, Mythical Beasts and Outer Space.
While Live Company said it enjoyed success, the tours have not been as popular in recent times and have been sold for £350,000.
The first payment has been received, with the rest of the fee staged between June and October this year, a statement said.
Additionally, Jason Lee, CEO of Live Company Korea, has been released from his investment obligations and the group is in discussions to replace the funding.
Lee had agreed to invest £750,000 by purchasing 25mln shares by the end of September.
"I am pleased that the team have continued to work on our strategy of optimising the BRICKLIVE assets and that we have our first sale on an underperforming tour,” said chairman David Ciclitira.
“We are anticipating that we will also provide further funding news on our Madrid K-Pop concert and also an update our Japan K-Pop concert over the coming weeks.
“We continue to work with Jason Lee on Start. Art Korea and the Start Art coin as announced."
