Cleantech Power makes strides in fuel cell commercialization

Cleantech Power Corp. (NEO:PWWR.AQN, OTCQB:PWWRF) the Toronto-based diversified investment platform developing affordable, renewable, and reliable power solutions, announced its listing on the Frankfurt Stock Exchange in Germany under the symbol "E43."

Additionally, the company said it has made progress in its acquisition of the Genius AI electric breaker panel, also known as the "GENIUS Energy Hub," as part of its strategy for fuel cell commercialization.

The integration of the GENIUS Energy Hub into Cleantech Power Corp. (NEO:PWWR.AQN, OTCQB:PWWRF)'s fuel cell products aims to enhance efficiency, safety, and reliability. The energy hub, equipped with advanced sensors and software, provides real-time data on the performance and power output of Cleantech's Jupiter 1.0 fuel cell prototype.

This technology allows for remote monitoring and adjustment of the fuel cell's operation, ensuring maximum efficiency and reducing the risk of system overload.

The GENIUS Energy Hub will be used in the Festival Hydro fuel cell pilot, a project announced by Cleantech Power Corp. on April 20, 2023. The company has acquired the energy hub for approximately $5,000 to secure immediate access to a unit, considering the dwindling inventory. Furthermore, Cleantech Power Corp. plans to explore additional opportunities to utilize the GENIUS Energy Hub in other pilot sites or business ventures.

“Our pathway to fuel cell commercialization success includes the integration of supporting cleantech,” PWWR CEO Frank Carnevale said in a statement. “I look forward to assessing the additional potential of integrating the GENIUS Energy Hub into our future fuel cell products.”

Cleantech Power aims to leverage the integration of the energy hub to accelerate the path towards customer adoption and fuel cell sales. The company has prioritized the demonstration of enhanced value to customers and potential partners, aiming to deliver fuel cell sales quicker than anticipated.

With access to approximately $5 million in debt financing, Cleantech Power intends to support the costs of strategic fuel cell pilots and explore potential collaborations with other parties for additional fuel cell projects.
