Arizona Silver Exploration Inc has appointed Apollo Silver Corp CEO Tom Peregoodoff as an advisor to the company’s board of directors, effective immediately.
Peregoodoff brings more than 30 years of resource industry experience, including in brownfield exploration and resource development. In addition to his role at Apollo Silver, he is a director of American Copper Development Corp and American West Metals Ltd (ASX:AW1, OTCQB:AWMLF).
Prior to Apollo, Peregoodoff served as CEO of Peregrine Diamonds (TSX:PGD) Ltd, which he led from the resource development phase and initial engineering through to an eventual sale to DeBeers Canada in 2018.
“On behalf of the Board of Directors, it is my pleasure to welcome Tom to the team at this exciting time for the company as we build and advance our Philadelphia property, the next emerging discovery in Arizona,” Arizona Silver CEO Mike Stark said in a statement.
“I have had several meetings with Tom over the past months and his honesty, experience, and worldly established trust in the industry speaks volumes in today’s market environment. I look forward to the opportunity to work closely with Tom as we rapidly move to our next phase of growth.”
Along with his appointment, Peregoodoff was granted 200,000 stock options which are exercisable at a price of $0.50 per share for a period of five years.

Arizona Silver Exploration is a publicly traded company engaged in junior mining exploration primarily in the western United States. Its Philadelphia property is a high-grade gold and silver vein target located in Mohave County, northwestern Arizona.
